Will billing work without internet?

The BillPeps mobile app keeps a saved catalogue and can queue bills while the phone is offline. It sends the waiting work safely when the connection returns.

Can BillPeps read different vendor-bill formats?

BillPeps reads bill photos and PDFs into a review screen, including the columns it detects. You can correct missing or uncertain values before anything changes stock.

What happens when a barcode is new?

Find the existing product and link the new barcode, or create the product if it is genuinely new. BillPeps remembers the barcode for the next bill.

Is BillPeps only for GST-registered shops?

No. BillPeps works for shops with or without GST. GST-ready reports are available for shops that need them; BillPeps does not file tax returns for you.

Can employees use the same shop account safely?

Each employee can have their own sign-in and only the areas the owner assigns, such as billing, inventory or accounts.
